"well, let's see.... we were 5 people and had to wait for 2h to get a breakfast. no, they were not full. guests let theirs and other local dogs use the pool for "anything" and nobody at the hotel cares. no, the pool was not clean. at 7pm all employees left and there was no service, let alone a phone number in any case of any emergency. and coincidentally the bottom floor room sliding door could not be locked. go figure....."

"Very nice property on Beautiful Madera Beach. Great location for walking the boardwalk into downtown Zihuatanejo and surrounded with numerous places to dine. Property was very clean and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing to note for people with mobility issues is all the stairs from street level to beach level to all the suites."

"The hotel is old and in very bad shape. The rooms are very noisy due they are in front of a very transited street and surrounded by noisy bars. In my room the air conditioning did not work. the hotel is at one block from the beach but I recomend you to look for other options. Very expensive for what they offer."

"All the people that works there were very nice and the food was good. The only bad experience was in the reception, with the receptionist at the time of checking in and also at the time of checking out they were not friendly and they have bad attitude. We didn’t feel welcome at that time."
