"I booked a room here for a week to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. The property and staff are simply amazing...I can't imagine there is a better spot to stay in Zihua. Carmen, Luis, and all the staff made us feel like royalty. We stayed in the Alejandra suite (Expedia calls it the Romantic suite). "Centrally located, comfortable and clean. You should know there is no elevator, so if you arrive at night no one is there to help you take your suitcase upstairs. We were OK with that, we just took 2 trips, but if you are traveling alone, or unable to carry luggage up at least 2 flights, this could be really tough. During the day there is someone there that can assist you. We loved our stay, staff. Was great, room was super clean. Only concern were the stairs, but we navigated it ok"

"Lovely hideaway in Caleta. Beautifully renovated design hotel with the 50s vibe. Amazing tropical views. Great pool side restaurant. Convenient connection with Acapulco downtown. We had a great time starting the 2020 here :) The staff helped us to arrange a private driver/tour guide to show around Acapulco. Many thanks for having us and hope to be back :)"
