"The communication with the owners was great and very helpful. They answered our questions right away and had an onsite housekeeper to assist us to check in (although she doesn't speak English and we don't speak Spanish). The condo is well equipped and the kitchen had more than what we needed. Beach towels were available which was a nice touch. The condo faces the beach and we had a nice view of the ocean. Honestly the condo was fine. I think the only negative would be that the couch was hard as...

"The views are the best part about this property by far. BUT, if you want comfort it might not be for you. The property description says air conditioning but this is somewhat deceiving. There is one room upstairs that you can close off and cool a little but the two bathrooms, kitchen/living area, and the downstairs bathroom are hot and humid. The condo is open air and can not be closed off to the outside. Zihu is hot and muggy and so if you don't mind sleeping in that, then you will be fine....

"This property is amazing inside and the view outside. Great hosts who keep a well appointed unit. Weekly cleaning service provided. Very responsive to our needs and very helpful with getting us settled and comfortable. The lovely gift items to make us welcome and the kind use of their bikes was also an unexpected plus. The infinity pool with an awesome view of Ixtapa and a beautiful restaurant are an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!"

"This was out 3rd stay. The condo and the property are well cared for. The staff, from security to the front desk to the restaurant are lovely and very helpful. The team managing the condo are very responive in answering any questions. The condo location is great and adjacent to the marina which has a small sundry and also a liquor store which is an easy walk. Walking home from dinner out in Ixtapa in the evening felt very safe. "You know, they had a TV but the view was the best TV in the world. We had a wonderful time. The steps to La Madera were right there, restaurants close by, security doorman nicest/sweetest in the world. Carmen was awesome. The condo had everything we needed….very hot when we were there but the bedroom stayed cool. What a view, great time. Highly recommended!"
