"The property was absolutely beautiful. Availability was great, the only thing that I will remark on is that there is not a pool in the hotel or any other surrounding hotels. I went searching for an outdoor pool and could not find one in the area of Cayala. That is the only thing I would recommend. Any pool that could be shared by that hotel and others would be great. Not the AC hotel's fault, will always choose this hotel line. "

"Our stay was excellent; from the minute we arrived we were greeted by the staff. The location was prefect options of stores, shopping centers and restaurants. The breakfast is buffet providing Guatemalan typical food. The only criticism this Saturday morning the breakfast buffet was moved to the patio area and due to the openness; fumes of the near by vehicles permitted the area. "
