"En servicio le doy una estrella, solo por la gerente del restaurante, Lucrecia Torres. Es una mujer grosera, pesada y muy poco amable. No deveria estar en un puesto tan comunicativo y de mucha amabilidad como require un restaurante. Soy un cliente frecuente del hotel y me gusta mucho quedarme aqui, pero por esa señora creo que buscare otras opciones. El resto del personal, mis respetos, son un amor de gente."

"I have visited Guatemala five times in a row for five years. The spacious property included a small office, a living room, and two beds. One thing the hotel needs to improve is that it does not have a shuttle to go to the airport. The front desk calls a local taxi to go to the airport for $10. "
