"Absolutely top class hotel in Antigua. We stayed here for one night, and from the moment we walked in the service was incredible. The front desk staff were very welcoming, spoke perfect English and we were able to check in nearly 2 hours early since the room was ready. The room was huge, well appointed and extremely comfortable. Compared to a smaller, similarly priced hotel in the centre (only a ten minute walk away) we stayed in previous days, the difference was night and day. Thanks to the Hotels.com membership scheme, we also got 20% off massages, food and drink. The Thai massages were fantastic, and just what we needed after hiking Acatenango. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Antigua!"

"Loved staying here. Coffee was great, breakfast was filling, and the food from the restaurant was tasty. location is convenient for walking. Beds were comfy! We appreciated the filtered water in our room and the ventilation in the bathroom. We had a view of a volcano out of our window! "

I was able to check in early. The hotel is within walking distance to all shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean. The noise level was good."
