"My wife had a small incident where she slipped and ended up hurting herself and the hotel didn't have any services for first aid support or any first aid kit That would help us address the situation in a timely mannerr. We had to take care of it ourselves and figure out where to get the supplies. Thankfully we travel with a first aid kit. "

"Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Loud music from the hotel's reception played late at night meant that sleep was almost impossible. Also the layout of the rooms on the ground floor meant that the shower from one room was adjacent to the bedroom in the next room (with a glass screen in between), so that the noise of the shower plus any noise from the next room could be heard all too clearly. "The location is great. 20 mins walk to the airport, 15-20 mins to Flores Island, plenty of food options nearby. Comfiest beds in all of South America. The only issue was a musky smell in the room, especially if you dared to open the drawers"

"We totally love this place! Staff is super friendly, check in was super quick and the food was amazing. This area is very secluded and quiet. No TVs in room which helped us connect with each other. The only issue we had is that the blankets smelled like mold but they changed them immediately once we asked. We recommend it!"
