I love the fact that it's right right at Paseo Cayala, and once you park you don't have to leave the premises to have a great time, all the restaurants and bars are around walkable area, and the staff at AC Marriott are always pleasant and accommodating

Most of the roads to get to the hotel were closed. The 6th floor is a bit dusty. Windows dirty. I heard construction noises sounds though the night. The fridge in my room was licking water all over the floor. Not a pretty view.

This was our first trip to Guatemala and to this Marriott. Everything was perfect. It was very, very clean and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We are going back to that city in a few months, and we will be staying there again.

There was no presence of management. When I needed assistance, there was no magenta for 2 days? Not acceptable! Bartenders kept serving their regulars and would skip me constantly. Never coming back here.
