"Lovely staff and great location. The only downside is that the hotel is just really really hot. The heat hits you as you enter which can be nice on a February day but when your bedroom is hotter than the sufface of the sun at 3am it is stifling. "

"Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Great location for Excel. The room was big enough for two with all the facilities fitted in a relatively small space. The bed was firm, which was okay for me, but my wife was not a fan. The restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful and the food was good. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and good quality food."

"I’ve been staying at this property for over 10 years, and it’s gone through some massive changes. Some positive, some not. The rooms used to be much more spacious, and they used to offer two double beds. Now it’s two twins and the room is ridiculously tiny. Disappointing for sure. It’s very dark, now, as well. Not sure why the mood lighting but the hallways make you feel like you’re walking down the halls of the hotel in the Shining. Very much wish they had their old rooms back. The floors are...

"Was here to celebrate Valentines day and even as we arrived much earlier than the check in time the whole team bent over backwards to ensure out comfort. The Savoy has some of the best, if not best mattress for sleep, the food and drinks were super awesome - would do it again! "
