The room was just what we needed - a comfy bed, a good shower, and a mini frig. The room was super clean, too. We would definitely stay there again!"

"This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that is typical in South Kensington properties but that’s a small price to pay for efficiency...

"Really good value for money! Very conveniently located with very good public transport links to central London. EV chargers in the car park actually do work once you look for name on the wallbox, not the location on the app (as they don’t exist there). We will certainly use this premises in the future again. Cleanliness in the car park and surroundings of the property was initially not great, however it was cleaned up after a few days, guess it was related to Christmas absences of staff. "

"I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central. "

"It was an absolutely amazing stay at the Regency for my wife, 5 year old daughter and me. Safe and cozy neighborhood close to the tube and convenient corner stores. The management was very responsive and helpful and happened to have someone there when we checked in that helped us with the bags and showed us around the flat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
