"The staff were amazingly, very helpful and accommodating. The concierge deserve a mention on the level of service and helpfulness also. We had a very late flight and they kindly gave us access to the gym area to change. Will come here again!"

We really enjoyed our time at the Shangri-La in Dubai and would highly recommend it. My family and I felt very comfortable and safe during our entire visit.
