"I just need to complain about the front gate security, no help ! I was there with a tour bus send us there at the date of check in hotel, after loaded my luggages and standing outside hotel for almost 40mins under the sun and ask for security to help to call to get in with luggage’s but nobody care! "

"Everything about this hotel was first class. The staff are unbelievably attentive. The food in th buffet restaurants was excellent. We had 3 meals in the ala carte restaurants which were all exceptional. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service dining and exceptional staff "

"The “all inclusive” option on hotels.com turned out to be the Premium All Inclusive plan which is good value for an all inclusive because the food and drinks you get is the same as other people who are paying for it. A bit limited in the restaurant options that’s actually all inclusive but it’s not bad if you go to all of them (some are a bit far, eg. you need to book a shuttle to get to). The all inclusive tiering is really complicated but if you get the premium it’s pretty good, you can go...

"Another fabulous stay at Raffles. The hotel is very well run and all of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast - the restaurant is very well managed - and a special shout out to Jessica and Syra. Our butler Bishan and all the housekeeping staff on the 9th floor were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. We will be back. "

"Our stay at Shangri-La was beyond amazing. The shuttle driver, Hanif, was very kind and friendly. He even recommended a driver who could show us around the city and his recommendation ended up being perfect. He kept in touch with us regarding his shuttle schedule and made our pick up and drop offs from the dubai mall very easy and convenient. Our breakfast and afternoon tea experiences with Nikhil and company in the business lounge on the 41st floor were also great. Nikhil and his staff took great care of my allergies to eggs and nuts and made sure I had something safe to eat. Our baby felt a little warm and the hotel sent us a nurse on staff to take the baby’s temperature and assured us that she was okay. This was amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel. "
