"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for a family of 4. Breakfast was great everyday with good variety. The rooms were comfortable with enough space for our family. Bathroom was clean and had enough room for our small kids in the bath tub and shower. The service was really good from all the staff with special thanks to Vinod at the restaurant for all his help with any special requirements and making us feel at home. Vinoth at the concierge desk was also great and arranged taxis and transfers....

"Reasonable for a one night stay. Staff was helpful. Rooms are somewhat small, and smell a bit. We arrived late after midnight and the Room wasn't ready. We had to wait for a while until the room is ready. I didn't like the idea of that extensive ID verification for every one staying, but it seems a common thing among hotels in the region."

"The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room."
