"We loved our stay here. The staff seemed happy and were very helpful and kind throughout. The spa was busy and we needed to time going with the kids, though the facilities were lovely and we would definitely stay again. Really nice sized room for us and the two kids, food at breakfast was great and lots of choice. Service was fantastic - thank you to all who made our stay so enjoyable"

"Had executive room 1016 for one night. Very spacious, seating area, bath with seperate shower and comfy, although smallish bed. Does look onto Friar Street so very noisy and had to keep windows shut which did mean room got very warm even with AC on. Parking on site very convenient. Staff all very helpful. Pool lovely. "

"Beautiful relaxing Country House with rambling gardens. Superb food and hospitality. Beautiful bedroom but too hot! Tried opening windows but noise from ventilation units outside too i intrusive! Needed more hanging space Loved the Pantry!"

"The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a good choice for breakfast. The hotel is in a great location. Our only negatives were that the bedroom was very hot during the night with only a fan to cool the room down and sadly outside the patio doors we could see a lot of a litter. These two points would not deter us from staying at the hotel again. "

"The most positive experience about this hotel room is that the bed and bedding was very comfortable. I didn't hear any noise at all. We ate at the Village restaurant and that was marginal at best"
