"Had executive room 1016 for one night. Very spacious, seating area, bath with seperate shower and comfy, although smallish bed. Does look onto Friar Street so very noisy and had to keep windows shut which did mean room got very warm even with AC on. Parking on site very convenient. Staff all very helpful. Pool lovely. "

"For the second time in the span of 3 weeks they mixed up the keys for self-check-in so after taking a bus, the tube, a train and a cab to get there, I wasn't able to check in. I had to wait by the door with my luggage until someone from ESA brought the spare key. After 20-30 minutes someone let me in the apartment but wouldn't let me keep the key so I was stuck in the apartment for another hour or so until they brought the correct keys.
