"This hotel is an amazing place with a world class Botanical Garden attached and beautiful thermal baths throughout, guests have 24 hour access to both. They have an indoor pool steam and dry sauna. The staff is very well trained and for the most part local. Everything for the client! The restaurant is 4 star and the breakfast extensive and delicious. We came to have lunch 6 months ago and vowed to come stay the next time we flew to Portugal. Well worth the trip and it will not be our last. "

"We stayed here for 10 nights. Not having one big bed instead of 2 twin beds was not at all convenient for us. There was a very small bar fridge with limited space, no coffee maker, no microwave which we missed for the length of our stay. We got charged extra for water in the fridge but we’re not informed about this. Cleaning staff were amazing! Buffet Breakfast was excellent. Great support with tour packages. "The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I arrived early in the day, and was able to use the jacuzzi and pool, then take a shower, while waiting for my room to be available. Anytime I had a question, they were very helpful and kind. The room was lovely, with a view of the ocean and the sunset. "
