"Beautiful views and very kind service with all workers there but the rooms you can just tell are older and haven’t been updated in a very long time. Even the in-room phones look like they’re from 1990. If this resort did a revamp they would be unstoppable. Also all of the property food and neighboring restaurants were very just ok and very expensive. You have to take a cab to other areas for better local food. "Unique point was the location as Patong beach was just 2 mins walk. It’s very spacious and easy walkable to shopping etc. Staff was amazing with always smile. At the check in, the hospitality was great with free fresh fruit offered. We loved the hotel for everything. It’s great we booked it long before our travel as the booking was full nearly 1 month before. "
