"The picture on Expedia.com is exactly what you get. Super friendly staff, from the bell boy to the receptionist. The rooms are clean and comfortable. No complains from me and our family of 14 including kids. The staff are so cheerful, helpful, and full of enthusiasm that makes this hotel stands out from the other hotels I had been. Breakfast menu is good with a good choice of buffet and ala carte. Need to specially mention the 2 receptionist that were there during our 4 days 3 nights stay,...

"The location in Shinjuku is great. The view of the city from our room was amazing! The rooms seemed a bit worn but very clean overall. We did not need our rooms to be cleaned everyday but the staff was great about leaving clean towels, toiletries, and water hanging in a bag on our door. My only complaint is the Breakfast! It really was lacking breakfast options. The coffee was cold and not very good. The orange juice came from the soda machine so it really was more like Fanta and not OJ. ...
