"We had two people staying in the room and they never gave us two towels without us calling to ask for them! When my wife went to check out, she asked for a late check out and they said OK and then when we were leaving, they kind of lost it in the system Also the shower system in the bathroom is ridiculous. "Breakfast was excellent - though during tourist season a lot of the stuff kept running out quickly and it was hard to keep up demand for certain foods. The rooms were massive and had a great view overlooking the city and staff was extremely helpful and nice!"
