"We had a wonderful stay at the E&O hotel, the surroundings were lovely and it had such an old school luxury charm. All dining areas were lovely and the club lounge for cocktail hour added something extra special. "Generally a great property and wonderful beach.For the beach towels one has to walk up to the pool area to get and return towels which can be a small hike in the hot sun. Great Thai restaurant and service. Dayana and Brassarie were great restaurants. However it always took time for the wait staff to get your order. You had to wave them down for additional service and to obtain your bill after you were done. None of these issues would deter me from returning."

"The music in the hallways are too loud. We had to request for it to be turned down twice - once outside our room and the other outside the business center. While ambience is important it should not invade rooms. However, housekeeping responded immediately each time in keeping with their overall excellence in response to guest needs."

"Lone pine is a nice place to stay for a quiet vacation, some extra pool chairs wouldn’t go astray… the room had a very mouldy smell due to humidity and constant air conditioning and they tried to help with a different room but they were all the same - they could try cleaning the air con filters… breaky was good, staff were nice but limited English… they had lots of meetings and a wedding while we were there which was a slight inconvenience but, when you pay for a boutique hotel you expect a bit...
