"La atención en el hotel una porquería, tanto el administrador el señor Gustavo Agudelo como el asistente del administrador; personas irresponsables, incapaces de resolver una reservación hecha con Hoteles.com. Reservación 92110533555318. Simplemente después de haber alquilado la habitación de esta reserva. Dieron como respuesta que no tienen ningún trato con hoteles.com Por lo que me parece que Hoteles.com debe investigar más a sus clientes y no promocionar hoteles poco serios."

"We stayed for a weekend getaway and enjoy the hotel very much. It's clean, quiet, and a very comfortable stay. We had a room with a queen size bed which was very comfortable to sleep on and wake up rest in the next day. We will come back again soon."
