I checked out of this hotel after staying for one night they told me they were going to refund the money, not only have I not received it yet. When I reached out to the property, they tried to tell me that I never checked out, but I only lived in that place for one night at this hotel for a total of eight hours and I understand I still gotta pay for the one night and the taxes, but they should be able to return my money, especially for not staying there when it was not what they were describing the property as

The room was large, well equipped with a fridge and mini-bar and a sink. The bed was very comfortable and the room was serviced daily. The bathroom, unfortunately, had a damp, musty smell, due to a large damp patch in the corner of the room by the door. Otherwise it was clean and spacious. We were very disappointed to find that the restaurant was closed on Christmas Day - a fact we did not find out until Christmas Day! Breakfast was included and was OK, but it was 'order by numbers' with apparently no option to vary. On days when it was very busy, the staff (although working hard) were struggling to cope and the meals (and the coffee) were left on the counter until they were cold. The area around the hotel was very hilly and although there was a good shopping mall close by, the walk up the hill was very steep! Good access to taxis and Ubers

El personal,la localización y la limpieza del hotel,muy buenos. El unico problema,el ruido del ultimo piso,que es el restaurant, se escucha en los cuartos,aparte del ruido que hacen en la calle,(que es hasta las altas horas de la madrugada) y en los pasillos del hotel,todo se escucha en los cuartos. Es lamentable, porque el hotel y el staff son muy buenos. Es la.unica queja que tengo. Porque hasta los desayunos son muy bueno,muy buena calidad.

Muy buen hotel. El servicio al cliente excelente, desde las damas que trabajan en la limpieza, elpersonal de recepción, (hay un joven llamado Julián que es de los que corre la milla extra con los clientes, no pude verlo cuando nos fuimos para darle una buena propina) los jóvenes del café Gema, todos excelentes. Desayuno variado y delicioso. Muy buenas facilidades. Lo único que debo señalar, es el alto ruido del restaurante Cannario en las noches, fuera de eso, NO hay quejas. Sin duda, volvería.
