"I have stayed in Medellin many times, but this was my first stay at click clack. Service was fantastic- everyone went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and recognize you. Breakfast was wonderful and drink in the bar were excellent. Comfortable beds and clean room. "

"The service was great. They are super helpful and there was always someone who spoke English. The room is spacious, amazing views, comfortable beds. It's a smart room, so you can ask google to adjust the room temperature, open/close the curtains etc!. There are snacks and drinks in the room however you must purchase them. We just went to the grocery store which is a 3 min walk and got what we needed. The only improvement for me would be provide a dish cloth, tea towel, spatula and frying pan. I like to utilze the kitchen and make breakfast. I brought pancake mix from the store and a spatula. I had to make them in the small pot that was provided. One by one. So needless to say cooking pancakes for 3 of us took a long time. "

"the most thing i liked was the staff, I love a few of them more than others (lucas, the bartender, front desk, cleaning staff was amazing i would stay here again just because of them, i didn't like the kitchen lady in the morning, it was always and issue with the eggs and you're only allowed two eggs whenever she she felt like it, i usually ask for 3 eggs but it was an issue, the main street in front of the hotel is not the cleanest and at night its very dark the entrance of the hotel if the bartender is not there there's no illumination. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. It was Mr birthday and they left me a nice note with a treat while I was out. They also gave us a really nice floor with an amazing view of Medellin. The property was very clean, had a nice modern feel and the staff was phenomenal. It was also really closed to the mall if you wanted to shop. I would highly this location! "
