"Great view of the surrounding area when on the upper floors. Though the neighborhood was loud at night, the room was well insulated from noise. Nice evening drink service at our room. Very helpful front desk. The toilet did keep backing up, and once the shower backed up a bit too, though it was quickly fixed each time. Comfortable beds. Wonderful breakfast. "

"It was a perfect stay. Safe, walkable, very helpful staff and a very comfortable bed. Laundry services are too expensive- cross the street for good laundry service that is a quarter of the price. "

"One of the premium hotels of Poblado very attentive staff in an area where restaurants and some shopping are very nearby. Area is generally safe I would recommend for Americans and anyone else. Tony Roma restaurant is impressive "
