"The stay was great. The room is spacious and has everything you need. The location is convenient as well, it’s in a quiet neighbourhood. They offer popcorn too if you’re a fan of it. -The shower is not powerful enough: mainly it’s because of low water pressure. But the water is hot enough. -disposable cutlery for breakfast: it’s not a cons but I felt bad after using the disposable cutlery, given that they have actual plates and cutlery in the room. "

"By far the best city and the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The Generals Suite was amazing and very spacious! It was perfect for our Romantic getaway! Phillip has a private bar inside the hotel and he made us feel so welcomed. He helped us pick restaurants and helped us find the best places right there in the French Quarter! We definitely will be back!! "
