"We wanted a place close to the hospital. There were families with little kids, but we didn’t hear anything in our room. Our only con was housekeeping. The 1st morning they entered very early when we were sleeping. I guess this was our mistake not putting a sign on the door. They definitely will only exchange a clean towel for one that is dirty. At times, their count was wrong. Our toiletries were not replenished (i.e., shampoo, moisturizer, etc) even though we stayed for 5 nights. Those at the...

"Cabanas are prime location right at the beach. Place is very clean. But staff is not cooperative. I had to ask for the room service to come clean my room on every night I stayed and one of the days I called multiple times and still did not get anyone to come clean."

"Great place to stay. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast was good and a decent variety of choices. Parking was not bad but could have more spots available. Coffee could use some improvement especially creamer choices. Oceanview perfect. "

"We stayed here 5 years ago, so the property itself seems a bit worn in areas, esp. the exterior. The fountain in the pool area was not working or turned on? It’s a nice feature, so would be nice to see it working. The side gate leading to the parking lot is unusable, so it was a little annoying. It would be convenient to be able to access it. The pool is nice, but the hot tub was lukewarm after the 1st day. It rained quite a bit, so it would’ve been nice if there were more outdoor furniture...

Those at the desk were very courteous and open to answering questions. The breakfast buffet was as I anticipated. A little something for anyone. Happy Hour was small, but it was nice that they even offered. We felt safe at this location which is huge with me. The premises were clean and easy access to the beach/ocean."
