The property is really in poor shape; rusted out doors, dirty and cracked walls and floors. When I was standing in my room, I could see through a hole in the wall (next to the air conditioner) straight to outside. I visited during winter months and the heat did not work AT ALL, so I was freezing all night. There was caution tape up in a bunch of places and the outdoors area (behind the hotel) looks like it has a lot of storm/hurricane damage so they are still rebuilding.

The staff were great! The hotel itself was dated and undergoing renovations but the kids didn’t seem to Mind! They enjoyed the indoor pool and kids activities. The bunk beds in our room were great with a beautiful view! If you’re looking for fancy this isn’t gonna be up your alley but if you’re looking for convenient and not over priced this is for you. We will be back :)

The resort itself is incredibly nice considering the price. The pool is good to cool off in, and the hot tub is up to standards as well. Beach access is very good, although the hotels backyard is underdeveloped and the surrounding area is limited unless you have a vehicle or want to walk the two miles to the beach center.

Staff was absolutely kind, courteous. Sadly we were never informed of the massive construction going that was happening on the grounds. We rented 4 separate units, all of us upgraded to the more expensive ocean front units, only to be taped and roped off for construction. Heaters were broken in our rooms, access to the beach closed, sidewalks being torn out in front of our rooms. Again the staff was super kind, courteous, we are disappointed that it wasn’t disclosed about the conditions of the property. No refund was offered or issued for our stay. ;(

This place was under construction which is something that they didn't disclosed. The place was dirty and our room came with an inviting strong sent of bleech. For this reason we asked the staff at the front desk if we could check out 1 night earlier without any fees or penalties. The front desk staff said that we could and that we would be refunded. We never got a refund and the property manager Paulette informed us that because we booked a non-refundable rate, that we would not get refunded. I tried to explain to her thay if they would have disclosed the conditions of this resort, that we wouldn't have stepped foot near this hell hole. Also, the front desk told us we would be refunded too. And expedia should own some of this poor review for doing a disservice to customers and for doing nothing to support customers rather just stand behind some BS non-refundable policy that was not communicated to us. Dont stay at Perrrys, they lack customer service, the place is a whole and staff have no integrity.

Wonderful gem of a hotel. Everyone was incredibly nice, including front desk and bartending staff. The room was clean and comfortable, very spacious. It was too cold for the outdoor pools, but the indoor pool and spa was great. Got a $5 off coupon to the bar for each adult when we checked in, which was unexpected. One beach access open (looked like some damage was done from the recent hurricane but you can still access the beach on foot without leaving the property). Breakfast is homemade donuts - they were outstanding. Absolutely will stay here again next time we are in the the area.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was perfect, I really loved the floor plan of the Kitchen Efficiency. They have construction going on right now on the Sea Wall due the the Hurricane Damage but still had access to the beach and there was no noise.We are definitely going back.

This property itself looked to be doing some rehab or renovations. As a VIP member I was give. Drink passes and was never able to use them due to inconsistent hours of the Tiki Bar. Housekeeping operations are awful. We checked in Sunday, we were supposed to receive clean towels and trash service daily. We did not get clean towels until Tuesday night and that was after reporting the need several times. On Wednesday we did get checked on by housekeepers, however we told them we were out of toilet paper and they didn’t leave us any. The rooms themselves seem nice, it just seems that things are just very mismanaged.

Stayed here during Christmas holidays and it wasn't too bad. The website ads are a little deceptive but it wasn't a nightmare. The place was aged but did have renovations. There was construction going on by seawall but I'm sure that will be ready by next season. The indoor pool was pretty good and sauna was very nice sized and very toasty warm. Parking is a tight squeeze with not a lot of room to move around. The room altogether was good and clean I can't complain. I only stayed few days but it would work fine for longer. Stores are close by and a 24 hour IHOP right across the street. They do serve complimentary doughnuts, coffee and juice during breakfast on the 2nd floor of the south tower. A little more breakfast items would have been nice. All in all not bad stay but not over the top either.
