"Mark at front desk did an Excellent job of helping me with a room. I did initially reserve under Expedia; but Mark treated me like a first clas customer. I had rented a room at a different location and had to abandon it due to it wasn’t clean.! But when I arrived Mark and staff went out if there eat to make my stay fabulous. As mento in a previous review I only found one issue that was a small dead roach had apparently crawled up around the tub drain hole;BUT, even though I have allergies; this wasn’t a deal breaker as EVER resort room or facility is going to have pest issues and I understand this so if people want a clean facility then keep it clean and pickup your food wastes. This review was NOT a paid review or other. I left this review willingly and if your on the edge about reserving then smash the button.! Great beach access.! Beautiful pool open while others were closed during Christmas.! House keeping was great and cleaned my room spotless.! I will stay here again when back in Daytona beach.! Dale "

"Great location, beautiful beach, relaxing atmosphere and pool."

"It wasn’t a terrible place hit not the best. Pros- comfortable/clean bed with newer furniture, ocean view, clean pools, soft clean towels, free breakfast but not hot (muffins/cereal/yogurt/bagels), pleasant staff, quick easy check in. Cons- old/run down dark hallways, missing threshold between carpet and tile with edge of tile sticking up a good bit, no beach access but right now that most of the beach, the bathroom was disgusting (brown stains on walls, mildew behind toilet, mismatched tiles and old swelled up shelves and the door wouldn’t close. (I think maybe they are remodeling because the bed area was nice and new and the bathrooms were terrible. But idk) and the elevators took forever and the stairwells were not well lit….it think half of what we paid would be fair for what they had to offer at the moment. "

"I had stayed during hurricane Milton and the staff was amazing during this difficult time I felt safe and I would definitely come back and stay again very friendly staff very accommodating rooms were very nice cozy I had an ocean front view which was outstanding especially during a hurricane"
