We went here for a family event. We got 4 rooms total. All of the rooms had roaches running around. Our bed in our room broke the first night so we slept on the mattresses in the floor. The hot tub wasn't working. The game room only has 2 games and not worth taking the kids to. The view and staff is the only reason I rated it a 3 star. We will not be back unfortunately.

Trashy! There are roaches & unknown other bugs. The place is a don’t stay here! A rat (literally a rat ) ran across the pool deck and up on my wife’s chair & was hard to get it run off. Hall smells of sour body oder and urine! I don’t have a clue how it got the great rating that made me book 2 nights in this crap hole! Do not book a stay here. Workers were friendly.

The original room we were given had roaches in it. The staff was nice enough to give us an upgrade to a bigger room with a view of the ocean. But the television had no volume. Staff was very nice though which was comforting.

I would like to note that on mostly all of their negative reviews, they never seem to take accountability nor offer an apology to dissatisfied guests for the inconveniences they caused. So I wouldn’t be surprised if they respond in the same rude and low class manner to this review. I’ll start by adding that we booked here last minute to spend a nice anniversary weekend. As soon as we arrive, the lady at the front desk doesn’t even greet you. Major red flag. Soon after getting into our room we were almost nauseous with the smell of Pot because one of the rooms on our floor was smoking heavily. We tried to call front desk yet they never answered. So we go downstairs within ten minutes and asked kindly if they could switch out our room. She declined and refused to acknowledge that guests were smoking in the hotel even tho the place says no smoking on premises. Also said there were no CLEAN rooms available.. even tho the place seemed rather empty. So then We asked for a refund, she said that I had to get with the manager the next morning. So without much choice left we decided to go back to our room and give it another shot, hoping the smell of pot would go away. Within the hour it came back. And lots of cockroaches started coming out from the sofa and furniture. So we decide to check out. I showed the front desk the pictures of the roaches and she didn’t even offer an apology. She couldn’t be bothered. Don’t throw your money away at this place. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
