"Thi was a great choice. My only complaints were that we didn’t have shampoo in the shower when we came. We called the front desk and had to call them probably 3 times before we could ever get any. My husband eventually just took some off a cart. Don’t like to do that but what are ya gonna do? Other than that the staff was good. They helped us get back our shoes that got left at the pool and they brought up extra pillows for the kids. I think the shampoo thing was just one of those little mistakes that somehow keeps getting lost in the mix for whatever reason. I would stay here again. My other complaint was just how crowded breakfast was. But that’s what you get in a large city like DC so it has nothing to do with the job they did. Just keep it in mind, you’ll wait a while in line for your omelet, but the food was really good."
