"The check in experience was flawless. We arrived quite early and the front desk clerk was very accommodating and locked up our bags in a secure area until the 3 pm check in. Much appreciated. The girl at the desk that checked us in K. Mahi was very pleasant and professional. The hotel itself could use some serious TLC. There is a Walgreens right next door and a Walmart Grocery store across the street which is so convenient. The free of charge Airport transfer is a bonus. "
