"We’d totally stay here again. The property is good value for money and found the host/rental process very easy. We were three adult couples and had plenty of room. It could easily house two to three families. Though the furniture and appliances are a bit on the older side, we found things to be in good condition and working. The beds were comfortable, too. "Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. The house is clean, well stocked, TV's in every room, big kitchen and the roof top area is an awesome hang out area! The one car garage allowed us to park off the street and was an additional plus!"

"We had a wonderful stay here! Great location! We went to Disneyland and was only about 10 min drive. Everything was great. Only thing is the pool heater didn't work (the hot tub did though!). The girl bedroom beds were really squeaky and the master bed was a tad uncomfortable due to it being sunken in one one side. Overall, great place to stay! "
