"Such a gorgeous house! Perfect location: quiet neighborhood and very close to transit, walking distance to downtown. Super comfy beds and great shower"

"Good place with lots of beds near nice shops and Whole Foods. Host was great at providing music tips, including at le bon temps roulee, which is walking distance away. There is a parking spot but we took the bus or Lyft which worked out well. "

"Great apartment in a great location! Went back for a family trip, moved away about 15 years ago and wanted to reintoduce our nephew to the city! Really great location a few blocks off Magazine St. About a 10min drive to the FQ and a 10min drive to Oak St.,so really ez to get around uptown and downtown! Apartment is setup very nice, very eclectic and has a great NOLA vibe! If you are looking for a full house in uptown, this isnt it, but its got everything else where it counts!"

"This property is in a great location. There is plenty of street parking, and the neighborhood is relatively safe. St Charles and the trolly is three blocks away. Plenty of dining options nearby. I parked the car out front and never moved it until I left. The shotgun duplex was wonderful. It had a Real uptown New Orleans feel. 12' ceilings, original pocket doors, and plenty of room. French Truck coffee shop across the street was a bonus."

"The house was a very nice size and had ample bedrooms and full baths. Comfortable beds and cool street-facing balcony in the master! The backyard was a great space, we all went out and stargazed every night! The unit was only a few blocks from the trolley station which made getting to the French Quarter so easy! My only small criticisms were the downstairs bath had no hot water and the house was missing some basic essentials (iron/board, blender, broom /vacuum). We would definitely stay...

"Nice location and has everything you need.The rooms are all connected, if you need to go to the rest room or taking a shower you have to walk through all rooms since the bathroom is at the very end.Since we were with the family and very close friends of our kids that wasn’t a big problem for a single night.I can recommend this venue for everyone."

"This is a beautiful house with everything needed for a great getaway. We were a group of 9 adults, including 4 couples, and the space was perfect. Very clean, comfortable, and laid out well for hanging out together. We loved the big dining room table and the outdoor area. "We stayed at the Duke of Magazine for the week between Christmas and New Years. We had nine people, four over 60 parents and five 20-something “kids”. It is a lovely property with three distinct areas. The front of the house has the kitchen, living and dining rooms with 3 bedrooms and 2 bags upstairs, The middle section, reached directly through the front section, has a den with a 85” (I think) TV and two more bedrooms and one bath upstairs. "The house had more than enough room to accommodate all of our needs and was in a perfect location. From the bedrooms to the bathrooms we had all we needed. The living room, kitchen, and dining room were all perfect. There is a great area in the back with a fire pit as well as a nice front porch to sit on. Everything was a 5-10 minute Uber away including the French Quarter, Magazine Street and the Superdome. I look forward to coming back."
