"room was not cleaned when we arrived, bed unmade, towels on floor. To their credit, they sent someone right over and left a bottle of wine. Security light went on all night keeping us up ( Bottom floor ). Location was good, Recommend second or third floor if your staying. Since room was not cleaned, we were worried someone else had access to door lock code ( all doors outside as this is a large home renovated to hotel rooms.
