"Excellent response from an initial survey stating that we had no bowls in the unit. They arrived the next day. Well done. There are also no dish rags and the dishwasher soap is old and hard. Things were great all week until the weekend when some other tenants in an adjoining unit had a pot smoking party which filled the master bedroom with pot smells. "I liked the space and condition inside, outside, entries abd walk ways were pretty shabby. There were screaming drunk or drugged get togethers both above us and on the next door property. A lot of the walls had dirty smudges, inside unit, however everything else seemed clean and tidy."

"Bailey’s apartment was fantastic! It was clean, comfortable, and lovely. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony both in the morning and in the evening and had a wonderful view of the Canopy of Peace all lit up in the evening. The location, a few minutes’ walk from the WW2 museum, was perfect for us. Bailey is an extremely responsive host. We will return to his place in the future. Thank you for a most pleasant stay."

"Arrived at the unit and was immediately greeted by 4 homeless adults that were living on the porch "to enjoy the AC leaking out from under the door" they have set home a home with mattresses on the sidewalk out front, and were actively using drugs in front of my family. Hosteeva told me just use the back door. LOL. Currently fighting the charge with Amex, zince Hosteeva wont refund my money."

"Overall stay was fine. Very roomy and accurate to pictures. Strange layout with bathrooms (two bedrooms have attached baths and the third bathroom is away from everything but neighborhood/street is undergoing gentrification so not great not terrible. We did have some dead cockroaches and live gecko incidents in the place. Also pretty sparse in terms of what the place had - no regular wine glasses, wine opener etc."

"The home offered beautiful views of the city, day and night. The location was great! It was only 1 block from St. Charles Street and another for the streetcar pick up. It was 2 or 3 blocks from The Pontchartrain Hotel which had a rooftop bar which gave an even more expansive view of the city. We walked many places, including the garden district, WWII Museum, the French Quarter and also delicious restaurants. The city was working on the street a few days while we were there, but it was tolerable...
