"Overall a good place to stay, great location to get to the French Quarter, Garden District, Superdome. Property is 2 levels so you can spread out. Could be a little cleaner, bathroom tile needs scrubbed and there is dirt/grime on some bedroom and hallway walls. Very quiet spot, couldn’t hear anything from other units in the building."

"Location is great and mostly walkable to anywhere you want to go, tho it abuts some not-great areas so be careful which direction you walk. The front door was broken but fixed very quickly once reported. The ceiling fan and lighting in primary suite is strange and all-or-nothing so you can’t sleep with just the fan on and no lights but otherwise all was perfect! "

"The apartment is as described. It was clean but could use a bit of TLC. The mattress should be replaced- there are permanent depressions in it. The kitchen did not have paper towels and we had to go to Walgreens to buy toilet paper and soap. "We got in the day the tropical storm started. They upgraded us to a different unit due to renovations. It was super nice and very roomy. The property had everything we needed. Comfy beds, large kitchen and eating area, and a nice private patio area out back. We spoke with Anna at Hosteeva and she answered all our questions and was very timely. Would definitely recommend! "

"The neighborhood was easy to navigate. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Close to St. Charles streetcar and about a mile from the Superdome. The property itself was fine, a little worn but fully equipped. It would have been helpful to have a vanity in the bathrooms instead of just a sink. We enjoyed New Orleans!"

"Bailey’s apartment was fantastic! It was clean, comfortable, and lovely. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony both in the morning and in the evening and had a wonderful view of the Canopy of Peace all lit up in the evening. The location, a few minutes’ walk from the WW2 museum, was perfect for us. Bailey is an extremely responsive host. We will return to his place in the future. Thank you for a most pleasant stay."

"We stayed in NOLA for a college event. This house is a couple of blocks away from the street car line. This allowed affordable and easy access both to uptown college campuses and the French Quarter. We could also easily walk to the WWII museum and the Ogden along with lots of restaurants and galleries in the warehouse district. The house is clean and comfortable. Strange layout with bathrooms (two bedrooms have attached baths and the third bathroom is away from everything but neighborhood/street is undergoing gentrification so not great not terrible. We did have some dead cockroaches and live gecko incidents in the place. Also pretty sparse in terms of what the place had - no regular wine glasses, wine opener etc."
