The Hotel property and the rooms are nice, pretty modern furniture, bathroom, etc. You need to walk a little to get to a nicer area, but overall area around hotel seems safe. The Parking is convenient. Would have loved for the hotel to offer breakfast (they do not). The rooms are pretty clean but the tile floor is sticky and it's not very clean along the walls :-(

The room itself is great - the property has evidently recently updated. It was clean and well kept. The beds were also very comfortable. The staff at check-in were efficient and friendly. Where I wish I saw a bit more feedback is that the area isn't the best area, at least I don't think a woman should walk around solo. My window was also...i'm not sure what it was, but it had white stuff on the outside, so it was blurry to see out, just didn't give me the best vibes because of that. Also, I was in a room that was close to the street, and the trolley can be quite loud and disturbing if you have trouble sleeping.

As I mentioned to Jeffrey, the only thing was at the night park Seymour interested in his phone and didn’t greet me or my friend either time that we came in. Other than that, it was a terrific day. Very spacious room. Before and during the stay, the communication via text was excellent. About halfway through our stay, they sent a text to check on us, and I messaged back that the tub was clogged. I was just going to live with it, but the text helped. They had it fixed immediately.

Positives: Location is between the French quarter and the Garden District, and just next to the tram. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Staff were generally friendly. Negatives: Room wasn't overly clean, with lots of dust and good left on floor by previous guests. Generally felt worn out and a lack of attention. Aircon was very loud, and was woken several times during the night by traffic on the near by road.

I’ve stayed here 4x. Rates are reasonable. Free parking is a plus. This 3 day stay my room was not cleaned or towels changed out even though I asked. The carpet needed to be vacuumed as well as the window sill was loaded with dead bugs.
