I’ve stayed here 4x. Rates are reasonable. Free parking is a plus. This 3 day stay my room was not cleaned or towels changed out even though I asked. The carpet needed to be vacuumed as well as the window sill was loaded with dead bugs.

My girlfriends and I had a great stay at St Charles Coach House. Reasons why we recommend staying here: -Location. It’s in the garden district so it was pretty central to all the places we wanted to visit. It had multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance. The trolley is literally across the street which made it easy to get around. Plus it was about a 10-15min Uber drive to the French quarter. -Cleanliness. Our room was clean and very spacious. There were 3 of us girls in the room and we didn’t feel cramped. The beds were super comfy and housekeeping kept our room tidy while we explored during the day. -Staff. The staff were great! Very friendly. They allowed us to check in early since our flight came in the morning. They even offered to store our luggage for free if we needed it. Luckily, our room was ready when we got there. The amenities were pretty basic, but this place is perfect for anyone looking for a clean and safe hotel. Would stay here again.

Check in starts at 3pm I should up after 7pm to find out that they no longer had the room that I pick and on top of that they try to charge my card "for no show" Why would you try to charge my card and give the room that I choice to someone else. I was giving another one and a discount but that was not what I wanted. One of my quest had to sleep on the couch it was not comfortable.

The included parking is a big plus and the main reason we chose this property. Unfortunately our room wasn’t as clean as we would expect, found some hairs in the tub, and you could see dust over things in areas with little use. It also smelled a bit like old stuff / mold. The property is unassuming and the lobby area is small. The pictures make it look bigger than what it actually is. The lobby area is shared with an event venue seems like.

Wonderful location with the streetcar AND Hop on Hop Off bus stops right across the street. Free, safe parking on site was awesome. The front desk and housekeeping staff were super helpful throughout our stay.

Really cute hotel! Centrally located for us. We stayed only one night for a concert. All of the staff were great! Very nice, helpful, and friendly. Could have been a little more clean like the floors for instance, but beds were all clean and pillows were nice. There is only on elevator, we didn’t have much trouble with it. Just a little slow at times. Parking and hotel felt safe. They have codes on doors and parking. All locked at a certain time. All in all it was a good stay for us! Looks of food close, and the street car. Parking was free so a huge win for us in a place like New Orleans.
