"This is the BEST hotel experience I’ve had in my life! The staff is the best. We met James on arrival who helped open the taxi door, helped with our bags, assisted us to the room. Our entire stay he was always available to help with anything we needed. He advised us about attractions and everything we needed to know. Sylvia at the front desk was warm and inviting. She made sure we got a very good room with views to die for. She was able to answer questions we had. I got a Spa gift for my birthday which was a nice offer. Every single staff member had a smile and always offered help even when we didn’t need it. Dining room staff were nice as well. JW Marriott Marquis Dubai owes us nothing except a trip back."

"The hotel was stunning, staff very professional and keen to make our stay perfect. Room was luxurious and housekeeping excellent. Breakfast buffet gave lots of healthy and delicious options, the spa was perfect and pool area clean, well staffed and had vigilant lifeguards. We look forward to going back."
