The service was impeccable – the staff is the highlight as they were not just courteous, but genuinely warm and anticipated my every need. The culinary journey was amazing. Big fan of the Vietnamese restaurant. Breakfast in the main restaurant was a feast for the senses, with an incredible variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. The Executive Lounge, however, stole the show. The evening cocktails were expertly crafted, and the canapés were divine. My room "4007" was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Without a doubt, I would choose the Shangri-La Dubai again in a heartbeat. The seamless blend of impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, amazing staff and world-class facilities created an unforgettable experience."
