"We enjoyed our 1-night stay at The Plantation Resort. Staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was relaxing and the bar Manager, Shelly, poured delicious margaritas! Shelly was super sweet. We loved swimming with the manatees in Crystal River and we hope the staff is safe from the recent hurricane. This is an older property, but our room and bathroom was clean, had a mini-fridge, and we ate a delicious breakfast the next day on property. "

"Location on the water is pleasant and has a nice marina view and is very convenient for kayaking and swimming with manatees. The hotel is old and needs work but it was clean and the bed comfortable. The TV remote did not work so had to turn it off on the TV and couldn't watch TV. The very nice receptionist had no clue how to fix it.
