Another Amazing stay @ Phil's waterfront home
This was our 2nd time staying here for scalloping season and while the scallops were lacking, the accommodations weren't. Nice home, had everything we needed, the dock and the ramp worked great for our 24' center console boat, and Phil was an excellent host. See you Again next year!

Peaceful Retreat
Our trip to Crystal River was spectacular, thanks to this fantastic house. It was well-stocked, and the four kayaks were a highlight. Kayaking to the river's mouth and seeing a manatee and baby alligator was unforgettable. The location was perfect, just a short drive to downtown. The house was in a quiet, safe area, ideal for relaxing. An early morning dive with Fun2Dive was an amazing part of our trip too—ask for Sarah! Highly recommend!

The property is exactly as listed - clean, airy, comfortable and scenic. The check-in was effortless and we could not have asked for a nicer place to stay! My only regret was that we were only there for one night, it would have been a great getaway for much longer. Thank you!

The property was in a quiet location along the river. Really enjoyed sitting on the dock and kayaking. It was close to restaurants and anything that you would want to do in Crystal River. Very clean and up-to-date. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Dock is deep enough for an offshore boat. Everything is clean and nice in the house. Plenty of parking for trailer and vehicles. Easy to get in and out of the property. Nice place. Boat ramp on site for smaller boats.

Wonderful, as usual!
We have stayed here a few times during scalloping season, and this year did not disappoint! Location of the property is great-minutes from downtown, dock and ramp on property, extremely quiet neighborhood. House is clean and has all amenities we needed. We stayed here with another family that has 2 kids and we all agreed there was plenty of space for us! Owner was easy to work with and communication was great! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Nice vacation getaway
House was very clean and adequately stocked. Location was in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the places we wanted to visit. Water access was nice. We did have to make sure we launched and trailered the boat at high tide, but having our own launch was worth it. Plenty of parking onsite and the kayaks at the property were better than expected. Bring bug spray if you plan to go out around dusk, but other times of the day they weren’t bothering us. Thanks for hosting, we would stay here again.

Scallop adventure!!
Great house for scalloping/fishing. Was able to launch and retrieve 25ft deep v center console. Dock at low tide is 2 ft of water. Bridge clearance is not an issues easily 13-15ft. House was clean and great only issue is house has almost no exterior lighting and is very dark at night.

Sweet, quiet place on the river.
Everything you need is at this river get away. Quiet yet close to good seafood restaurants, but the kitchen is stocked with all you need for dinning at home. Easy access for paddling right off the boat ramp, with undeveloped areas not far up the river. We spotted King Fisher & a yellow crown night herring. House was perfect! Thank you Phil, for all the kayaking tips! We’ll be back!

Great Vacation Home on Canal
Home was simple, well appointed, modern and clean. There is plenty of parking and a boat ramp and dock, if you bring your own boat. Kitchen had everything needed to cook and "eat in". The location was good, not too central to all of the vacation rentals, but not too far from all of the action...it was literally a less than 5 min drive to the springs where the manatees are located. There are two kayaks and one paddle board for use, however, please note that one of the kayaks has a pretty serious split in the bottom on the back "tail" and water comes into the kayak quickly. The other kayak and the paddle board worked very well. Internet and smart TV worked well. Host responded quickly to request for check in information. We had no issues while we stayed there. We really enjoyed the quiet canal and the home itself! We would highly recommend this home to others for their vacation rental needs in the area.

Amazing Stay, Boat Friendly, Best Hospitality, Clean Accomadations
First off, Phil was outstanding and was very responsive from the time of booking to the very end. Couldn't ask for a better Host, very Hospitable. The property was better than expected. House was plenty big enough, very clean, and stocked with plenty of needed items and then some. washer and dryer for use with detergent which came in handy after being on the water all day. Boaters, Not a single issue using the on-site ramp or dock. water is about 3.5-4' deep at low tide. the ramp is a bit steep but no issue with my 4x4 truck and 23' tritoon. there are some limbs from the tree over the ramp that might hit if you have a tall Center console. The Stay and accommodations were top-notch and one of the best vacation rental experiences I've had. we will be back next year.
