"This place is very nice. The rooms are dated and the floors were dirty. Otherwise, very friendly staff and an excellent view from our room with a balcony. The pluses far outweighed the negatives. We would stay again! "

"I was not overly impressed. It was clean and safe, but nothing special. We were never able to get hot water in the bathroom sink. The shower door stuck along the bottom. The breakfast was pretty basic. "

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating, however, it was very tight quarters for parking but they did reserve a spot for each unit. It was a little noisy as sits by busy road. Restaurant next-door was over an hour to get food and that was at 5:30 on a weekday. "

"The hotel was very nice. I never felt unsafe and the staff was friendly. It was convenient as it is only three minutes from launch area and 10 or so minutes from homosassa state park and 15 mins for stores for shopping needs. Free breakfast is a plus!"

"Very quiet area. It was very clean and comfortable. Like a bed and breakfast more then a hotel. Parking right at the door. Continental Breakfast was good. Had 5 kinds of cereal with a bunch of kinds of toasts, bagels etc. Fresh fruit cut up berries each morning. Peanutbutter, nutella, jellys, cream cheese. Pretty much everything. "We booked our stay even though there were no reviews, a leap of faith. Our expectations were surpassed by this gem of a property. Located within walking distance of the world famous Three Sister Springs and all the gorgeous manatees, it was a short drive or bike ride to all that Crystal River offers. The home itself was beautiful, spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you would need and extras like bikes, kayaks, foosball’s and ping pong tables. "We had nine adults staying for a week of kayaking at the nearby springs. Plenty of space for meals and game time at night. Living areas very adequate for this size group and home well equipped and very clean. Location very convenient to everything we needed and in walking distance to art gallery, garden and antique shops and restaurants. Great home!"
