"This was a one of a kind place. Had everything we needed. Even with a cold winter storm coming the view was beautiful. Restaurant and gift shop attached. All staff super friendly and helpful. 1950s charm shows through, but room was comfortable. Glad we got to stay here before the major changes comingfor this property, if only for one night."

"We had a good stay, the rooms have been remodeled and looked like the pictures. The pool area also is very nice, some parts of the Inn are still being updated, so ot looks unfinished overall, but we really appreciated the updated areas and rooms and it's in a great location, right next to the Wildlife State Park and appreciated a restaurant on site as well. "

"The tub had no plug if you like to take a bath thats out the sink in the bathroom was ready to fall off the wall onto my feet not so good .the door locks need to be replaced old worn out and the room needs a few throw rugs it was raining all weekend and tile got very slippery with soaked feet from the rain."

"We enjoyed our 1-night stay at The Plantation Resort. Staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was relaxing and the bar Manager, Shelly, poured delicious margaritas! Shelly was super sweet. We loved swimming with the manatees in Crystal River and we hope the staff is safe from the recent hurricane. This is an older property, but our room and bathroom was clean, had a mini-fridge, and we ate a delicious breakfast the next day on property. "
