"This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. No towels no toilet roll absolute disgusting also had a smell to the house. I would...

"Property was not well looked after. Blinds were missing from Windows, surfaces had not been cleaned, the kitchen was missing many essential items such as forks, broken glass outside the back door, last guests dirty laundry left in the dinning room, the list goes on. Really put a downer on the first day of the holiday. I don't expect to have to provide essentials like forks and kitchen knives and clean on arrival. Manager of property was initially understanding but is now ignoring my emails."

"The house and location was just perfect for a family ranging in age from 5 to 66. Plenty of room for everyone. The house has everything you need. We spent Christmas here and didn’t want for anything . Warm, comfortable and homely.Good communication with host. We will definitely be back. "

"Beautifully clean and warm house. Easy to check in, owner came to check if we needed parking permit. Well equipt kitchen with everything you could need. Lovely comfy beds and plentru of bathrooms."

"It is not a bad place. The place need to be cleaned properly when someone leaves. A potato and a bottle of milk was left in the fridge. I threw the potato away as it was smelling but did not tough the milk. I think a shower curtain may help to prevent the bathroom tiles getting wet. Thankshe milk. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rock Pipit Lodge. The accommodation has been really tastefully decorated, has everything you need, and is very comfortable and cosy. The other great features are the art room, utility room and masses of games and puzzles on offer. The grounds are beautiful, too, with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. "Basic health and safety standards are not met in this property. There is a door not fixed correctly to the frame and is hanging off in the upstairs bedroom and the shower screen in the bathroom is a joke and leaks water all over the floor which causes it to leak into the kitchen below. Only 2 chairs for the kitchen table but it's a 4 bedroom house. No remote control for TV and can't work it without one but we got around this. A smoker had stayed there so one bedroom stank of smoke. "We had a brilliant time here. We went into Cardiff easily on the bus and also accessed the beautiful coastline. The house is immaculate with all that you could want. It is comfortable and within a short walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants and river. Cowbridge is a little gem. Thank you "

"A group of 5 of us stayed here for 4 nights for work. The property is immaculate and extremely clean. It has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We were only there in the evenings but it was very comfortable for all of us - we each had our own room and bathroom. The standard of the property is very high. "We loved our stay - property was clean and in good condition, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again. Pro tip - there’s a coffee shop run out of a church about a block away. Hours are atypical, but great coffee and the nicest people on planet earth!!!"
