"Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely traditional cottage. The village is lovely, you can buy your essentials from the village shop (Post Office). The cottage is well situated within the village and there are lovely walks nearby. Although the weather was brilliant, the nights were getting chilly so we welcomed the log burner which kept us nice and cosy. The host was on hand with information about the area and advised us about the best places to visit in this beautiful part of the country....

"This is a great place to go chill for a while, with many fun areas to hang out. They have it stocked with games of all types. It’s also located within an easy drive to many wonderful sightseeing areas—Snowdonia, Conwy, Chester are all within an hour. The host was very responsive and friendly. Would love to go back. "

But there is no outside space to speak of - the property sits right on the very fast A-road so no pleasure in sitting out front, and an oil leak from the CH system made the back yard unusable. Extra steps and odd angles at the top of the stairs & in the back bedroom waited to clunk unwary heads! Luckily, the less-mobile member of our party was safely ensconced in the downstairs suite.
