We rented two rooms for one night. The first room had dirty towels over the shower and hair in the tub. The other room had dirty tissue between the sheets. It was also stains on the sheets.

Gave us a dirty room, to start. Then the only reason I booked was for the hot tub and it was ice cold. Nobody at the front desk from 1 to 3. TV was broke.

Really need to work on breakfast not really a good choice of breakfast stuff to eat no kids cereals no pastry no yogurt Holy half of the toaster works doors are hard to open. Feel like steel doors side entrance floor is messed up Has a crater that you have to step over when walking in exercise room does not have exercise bike

The front desk worker Nick was extremely rude during my stay. As I checked in at the desk that afternoon with my friend 3 of my family members from Tennessee sat in the lobby. They all went to the room with us to make sure we were satisfied with the room. No more than 10 minutes passed and Nick shows up at the door and tells me there's no visitors allowed and my family would have to leave immediately or pay to stay. He was very loud and invasive as he tried to breach through the door. Later that day I arrived @ 9:45pm and called 3 times to the front desk for the wifi code. The phone hung up each time after I ask for the wifi code. Minuntes later someone shows up at the door loudly stating they were front desk what did I need. I responded whats the wifi code they responded loudly with the 4 digit code. It was extremely rude, obnoxious, and made me feel uncomfortable especially at such a time. The next morning as I went to take a shower I notice there was no shower curtain as well.

I got a jacuzzi suite and it may be the best one i ever had. The tub was heart shaped. The room was huge with about 3 seperate areas, 2 tvs, and you could look out to the pool.

From the moment you walk in the lobby there was a foul odor that burned my nose and made me sick promised it was being handled 3 nights to smell the same thing. Water for shower was barely above warm. If I didn’t have my elderly father with me and had the trip started out better I would have refused to stay there but with what my poor father had trouble with flight delays, flight misses I did not want to cause anymore stress. Never again will I stay at this chain.
