"Our suite was very clean and well stocked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building was under remodeling, but that had little to no impact on our stay. In our suite, the water in the bath took an inordinate amount of time to get hot. The hotel elevators were extremely slow and there were long lines waiting for the elevators. The parking garage was very convenient. However, we did experience a malfunction, along with several others, where the elevator would not stop going up and...
