"We needed a place for the whole family. This place was big enough for us to spread out. The kitchen was big enough that we didn't bump into each other and the big table held all of us easily. I would highly recommend this place especially in the summer when you can enjoy the swimming pool and the kayaks."

"We were in town for Christmas to visit family in Virginia Beach and this was the perfect place to stay for a family of 6 (with 4 adult kids ages 19-28). Easy to get to, property staff were great, communcation as a whole was so easy. The view of the ocean and we could walk right across the street to the beach, or to the Seaside Market for donuts and anything else we forgot. And last but not least the Ultimate Uno game was the funnest we've ever played as a family (kuddos to the writer!). We'd love to stay here again!"

"We stayed here for a small family reunion over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a Thanksgiving dinner. I brought my own turkey roaster but everything else was provided. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Of course the pool was closed in November but we would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool and the beach, which is a short walk. Overall I would recommend this property. "

"This is one of the cleanest and well equipped homes I have ever rented. The description and pics are completely accurate. Beds were comfy. Kitchen laid out well. Easy to communicate with the host and very responsive. Views incredible from inside and outside. Location was awesome - literally 60 steps and you are putting your beach chair down. SOO easy to come back and forth to the home. The decks offered beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. I would 1000% rent this property again. 2 notes: if you have older adults who can't do stairs - this home would be challenging because the kitchen is on the 2nd floor. There are good handrails on the stairs and the stairs are very wide. Also be sure that everyone wears shoes outside - there are little burs on the ground (not around the pool) just in the sand/dirt that surrounds the home. I have stayed in Virginia Beach proper at the Strip - NEVER AGAIN! Sandbridge is a terrific location! There is a little grocery store for common items and wine/beer. Food Lion/Harris Teeter are 4 miles away -about 10 min. Instacart delivers from Costco too! And if you are looking for a church - Sandbridge Community Church is walkable and Pastor Saunnie Butts is a great preacher and the community there is very welcoming. "
