" The service people was pressure washing the benches and other building surfaces. The interior of the building was neat and carpet was clean. All personnel polite and always spoke when passing. The service of the food was good and cooked well. I enjoyed the visit."

Restaurant staff is also excellent, friendly and professional. Service to the room was somewhat disappointing. We stayed for four days and after the second day, expected to receive clean towels and replenished amenities, neither of which was provided. Otherwise, a very good stay."

"The location is perfect for exploring Colonial Williamsburg. We walked with no problem, but there is also a free bus service if you need it. The surrounding area is quiet, but the rooms are NOT soundproofed at all. We were saying God bless you when the people next door sneezed. The food was decent, but not spectacular, and very overpriced (expected for hotel dining). Front desk staff were great!"
