"Unfortunately our stay was booked and a week out we were told the building was being waterproofed and our balcony was unusable. Actually the door was bolted shut so it couldnt be opened at all. Very disappointing. Only one elevator was functional for a very full hotel of guests. The lines and wait times were super long.
