"We were relocated to the property in Suffolk Street because their property we initially booked had a problem. After being shown to a basement apartment, which we found rather stale and cheerless, we were relocated to a quiet and well-appointed studio on the second floor. Much better. The property is in a very quiet lane off a very busy street in London’s business district, and is incredibly well situated for walks to St Paul’s, Southwark and Millenium Bridges and a 2 minute walk to Cannon...

"The room was quite good—spacious, recently renewed and clean. But there are four stairs to my room (#6). It was awful getting there with luggage. The check-in process was as straightforward as the check-out. Breakfast was good, and the waitress was super supportive."

"Lovely place and great atmosphere, stayed overnight with my sister Room quiet and everything we needed was to hand. Friendly staff. However, IF you struggle with stairs not the place for you, no lift, very steep and very little to grab onto. Hard to navigate with bags and cases. Otherwise very nice place "
